Gemeinsam mit Tilia Stingl besteht in der hauseigenen Denkwerkstatt laufender Austausch und eine kontinuierliche Entwicklung wissenschaftlicher Beiträge und Publikationen.
Die gemeinsame Forschungsarbeit bringt über Reflexion der eigenen praktischen Beratungs-Arbeit einerseits Methoden hervor, die in komplexen Systemen zeitgemäß die gewünschte Wirkung erzielen. Andererseits entstehen auch theoretische Weiterentwicklungen und Verständnis-Konzepte, welche Brücken zwischen Kybernetik, Systemtheorie und anderen Forschungsfeldern wie z.B. der künstlichen Intelligenz gestalten.
